Puto + dinuguan (chocolate meat!) = perfect combo. The puto here is so good. Warm it in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds on Medium High for that "just-steamed" taste.

Yea the place looks kinda looks dumpy and taggers tagged up the front, but don't be put off by this This place was one of first Pilipino food places I ate when I first moved here to the city. They have good Lumpia, and Pilipino Menudo slightly different from the Mexican variety I'm so used to except they serve a side of Rice rather than Tortillas, but pretty good. Fast food I've also had their Chicken Adobo. Ive had a Royal Orange Soda (Similar to Fanta and Jarritos) but a bit sweeter. Have yet to try their deserts.

I'm not usually in this neighborhood, in fact I'm a newbie and was driving by and I love to check out different grocery stores! :) The store front didn't look very appealing and as I walked in, there were different spreads of food items either for to go or eat-in. The other section has some groceries of packaged items, snacks, chips, buns, breads, etc. I picked out my snacks, taro buns, ube and bean ice-cream. They also have fried banana which were huge and some dessert fried dough balls on sticks. I guess they do catering as well for certain dishes. Unfortunately I didn't try any of the warm foods but maybe next time, for now, I'm happy to find my goodies. 3.5 but will round it up to 4.
